Veterinary Assistant
Julia was born and raised in Rio Grande do Sul in southern Brazil. She graduated from the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria in Brazil in 2021. She finished her residency in Feline Internal Medicine at the Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro from 2021 to 2023. Certified as a Cat Friendly Veterinarian by the American Association of Veterinary Medicine, Julia is currently pursuing licensure to practice in the United States.
Alongside her husband, who shares her profession, and their beloved dog, Julia eagerly anticipates reuniting with her two cherished cats currently residing in Brazil. Beyond her veterinary pursuits, she enjoys embroidery, board games with friends, indulging in true crime documentaries, camping adventures, and exploring new culinary delights. She is an avid fan of Hello Kitty, sushi, and, naturally, cats!
