Meet Our Team

Dr. Lacie B. Lee was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. She has always had a special love for animals, especially cats, and realized at a very young age she would pursue a career in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Ambrielle McClanahan was born in Pocatello, Idaho, but primarily raised in the mountains of Everson, Washington. Her family moved to Denham Springs, Louisiana where she attended Denham Springs High School. Cats have been the center of her life since she was a toddler.

Dr. Aimee Edwards was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has always known she wanted to be a veterinarian and would play vet clinic with her childhood pets! Dr.

Barbi, a native of Mississippi, graduated from Louisiana Tech University and brings over a decade of veterinary management experience to our team. She also brings a longstanding partnership with Dr. Lacie, having been friends for 16 years and previously worked together.

Haley was raised in Ethel, Louisiana with horses, pigs, cats, dogs and whatever else she could convince her parents needed saving. After high school, Haley naturally went into veterinary medicine, attending Baton Rouge Community College.

Jaclyn has been a vet tech for 7 years. She has always wanted to work in the field of veterinary medicine. After receiving her bachelors degree in Biology from Southeastern in 2015, Jaclyn decided to go back to school to pursue her dream in Veterinary Technology.

Macie was born and raised in Denham Springs, Louisiana. She studied Wildlife Ecology at LSU for 3 1/2 years before transferring to BRCC, where she graduated from their veterinary nursing program.

Lauren, a Zachary, Louisiana native, has been passionate about animals since childhood. She started her animal care journey in local shelters, developing a deep love for helping animals in need.

Serenity is from Killeen, Texas. She is currently pursuing her studies as a junior at LSU, where she is majoring in Animal Sciences with a minor in Biology.

Ashlyn is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and is currently a freshman at University of Alabama. She is currently majoring in general business and hopes to go to law school. She loves cats, and especially enjoys playing with all the cats in boarding!

Adelaide worked full-time at Cat Care Center for almost two years before switching roles to become Cat Care Center's digital media producer. Adelaide creates videos, takes photos, updates the website, writes blogs, and more. She has worked in the veterinary field since 2017.
