Meet Our Team

Dr. Lacie B. Lee was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Dr. Aimee Edwards was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has always known she wanted to be a veterinarian and would play vet clinic with her childhood pets! Dr.

Dr. Erin Manuel was born and raised in Eunice, Louisiana. She attended LSU and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in animal science and then went on to complete her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at LSU, where she graduated in 2016.

Abby is a native of South Carolina and she graduated from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics in 2008. She has had a love for animals ever since she was young, volunteering for a local animal shelter in her hometown.

Haley was raised in Ethel, Louisiana with horses, pigs, cats, dogs and whatever else she could convince her parents needed saving. After high school, Haley naturally went into veterinary medicine, attending Baton Rouge Community College.

Jaclyn has been a vet tech for 7 years. She has always wanted to work in the field of veterinary medicine. After receiving her bachelors degree in Biology from Southeastern in 2015, Jaclyn decided to go back to school to pursue her dream in Veterinary Technology.

Brooke was born and raised in Morgan City, La. Her freshman year of college she got a cat named Puddin. After high school and 2 years at Nicholls State University, she moved to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Since moving to Baton Rouge she has rescued 3 more cats and 3 dogs.

Lauren, a Zachary, Louisiana native, has been passionate about animals since childhood. She started her animal care journey in local shelters, developing a deep love for helping animals in need.

Julia was born and raised in Rio Grande do Sul in southern Brazil. She graduated from the Universidade Federal de Santa Maria in Brazil in 2021. She finished her residency in Feline Internal Medicine at the Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro from 2021 to 2023.

Macie was born and raised in Denham Springs, Louisiana. She studied Wildlife Ecology at LSU for 3 1/2 years before transferring to BRCC, where she is currently in her second and final year of their veterinary nursing program.

Shannon is from LaPlace but moved to Gonzales when she was a teen. She comes to us from the human medical field where she was an EDDA dental assistant for many years, before she became an ophthalmology technician.
